Along with automation services, those for mobile applications or customer information, SmartCash Shop covers all the management needs of a modern store.

Unified interface for controlling all activity in the store

Unlike other software products, which distribute store information in separate software modules, the SmartCash Shop presents all the information you need for operational decisions in a single, unique interactive interface: the Product Catalog. Here you can find everything in real time, from current stock, promotions and orders, to advanced information about prices negotiated with suppliers. Everything in a liquid real-time interface, understandable to anyone.

Huge storage capacity for operational data

The experience gained in the over 20 years of development, has materialized in an engine with a capacity to handle large and very large masterdata information. Thus, thanks to the implemented optimizations, the suite is able to currently manage nomenclatures of over 500,000 SKUs, which make other applications unable to operate.

Close control of store activity

Every action performed by users in the SmartCash Shop program is audited and stored, so it can be used as a witness to the activity of each employee. All operations are performed in a chained process, thus causing large groups of people to work together in an organized and fluent manner, without the need for a hierarchical, coercive management to maintain activity.

Automated delivery of online orders

Using SmartCash Shop application you can implement fully automated processes for picking, invoicing, packing and delivering to courier companies the orders received from eCommerce sites. SmartCash Shop, takes all the logistics from the shoulders of the online site, which can focus on what it knows best to do: to sell. SmartCash Shop is natively integrated with the APIs of the most important courier companies in Romania.

Licensing

In general, the SmartCash Shop application is installed on workstations in the store, in the vicinity of the goods sold and the specialized peripherals used. In this case, the licensing of the application is done for each station on which the program is used separately. However, there are also situations, in specific configurations, in which the program is used in cloud mode, using Windows Remote Desktop Services or Citrix Virtual Apps solutions. In this configuration, a separate license must be purchased for each individual RDP user.

The following commercial licensing options are available, permanent or rental.

 

Business

Permanent license that can be installed on any station belonging to the beneficiary’s company. The license can be moved freely, at no additional cost to any other station or server belonging to the company on which it is registered or to any other user connected simultaneously to the same server (RDP User). Annual software maintenance is separate and is calculated per installation location.

OEM

Permanent license, which can be purchased exclusively pre-installed on a new device, provided by Magister. The OEM license is valid only for the device on which it was preinstalled and can be moved at no additional cost to another device provided by the same company. Annual software maintenance is separate and is calculated per installation location.

Rental

To use the SmartCash Shop rental licenses, payment must be made in advance for periods of 12 months. The rent must be paid for each workstation or for each RDP user depending on the number of stations/users. Annual software maintenance is included in the rent.

For store chains or online stores

Depending on the commercial format of each location in a network, if the technical equipment allows it, some functionalities present in the higher versions can be activated for a fee in the lower versions as well.

Add-On

SmartCash Lynx

SmartCash Lynx is an essential component of every location operated with the SmartCash RMS platform.

In cooperation with SmartCash Shop, the application is responsible for all process automations, from background synchronization with the central store, to perform all automated operations on site. SmartCash Lynx runs in the background as a Windows Service.

Add-On

SmartCash Print Server

SmartCash Print Server is the component that provides instant or scheduled printing of various operational information in a location operated with the SmartCash RMS platform.

For example, SmartCash Print Server automatically prints shelf labels on specialized printers or in other configurations, listing orders on restaurant sections. SmartCash Print Server runs in the background as a Windows Service.
