Integrated processing of supply orders

Thanks to the unified supply control solution, based on a global supply control center, any location running SmartCash can become a warehouse. Thus, the location of the goods to be delivered is no longer important, the orders being automatically correlated with the warehouse from which they can be delivered. At the same time, in the warehouse from which the deliveries are made, the orders can be cumulated, distributed, or automatically distributed to the real suppliers, so that the supply is made quickly and controlled.

Delivery planning for supply orders

Once supply orders arrive from a network of stores or from third parties, they are scheduled for delivery in independent processing threads. The existing stock is automatically allocated for possible partial deliveries, the difference being transferred in supply orders to third parties.

Orders picking with mobile validation

Using the SmartCash Mobility software component, available for any SmartCash RMS implementation, picking lists can be processed electronically, in the field, using Android mobile terminals. The quantities collected are validated in real time, directly on the mobile terminal, the data being available at the same time in the warehouse control center.

Planned inventory by stock locations

With SmartCash RMS, warehouse inventory management is performed at a level of accuracy far superior to traditional warehouse management applications. Real-time or location-based inventory techniques, widely used in retail, are also applied to warehouses, leading to high accuracy of stock information, with rapid verification of the reality on the ground.
